Road Rage - Swearing/Hand Gestures/Excessive Horn Honking

Alleged Details: Lisa Arnold residing at 8623 West Burgundy Drive, Littleton, CO 80123 has on a regular basis used a certain hand gesture every time she encountered me while driving in her vehicle. It did not matter whether I was driving in my vehicle in the neighborhood, out my front yard or inside my house. Sometimes my children would be present when she would display rude gesture. When I contacted her as to why she continued to display this rude act towards me she became violently angry. She commented that I was not man enough to get out of my vehicle so she could beat my ass. A threat was made to have Connor to beat my ass and clean up the streets with my sorry ass. She also has on numerous occasions used unnecessary horn honking as she drove by my house and attempted to run me over in the past on numerous occaisions. Ms. Arnold has a habit of driving over the neighborhood posted speed limit and disregard safe driving in the neigborhood, she would not know how to drive fifteen (15) mph in the neighborhood if her life depended on it. A Harassment report has been filed with the Jefferson County sheriff’s Department case #05-47116. Ms. Arnold was contacted at her residence by Jeffco Sheriff’s Department and confirmed that she did give me the finger. The Officer advised Ms. Arnold that I did not want to press changes on her and that the rude gestures needed to stop. Ms. Arnold began to yell at the officer and walked back into her residence. She was advised that if she gave me the finger again and I called the department, she would receive a summons of harassment.

This alleged offense occured on West Burgundy Drive at West Brittany Drive while travelling in the North direction, on Saturday 24 Dec 05 at 02:30 PM
